With the current state of the high street it comes as no surprise that most people have been doing their Christmas shopping online this year.
Many consumers are choosing to spend their hard-earned cash on the internet and have been shopping from the comfort of their own home – avoiding the busy shops and supermarkets.
But the BBC has recently reported that a lot of online shoppers have been left without their packages.
Last year’s figures have shown that a quarter of people who shopped online received their packages late and 13% said they did not even receive their goods. We will have to wait and see whether this year has a similar outcome.
